🚔 Joint Operation – Ludlow SNT & Trading Standards 🚔 1️⃣ What we want the public to know:
Ludlow Safer Neighbourhood Team has been working alongside Trading Standards to carry out a joint operation targeting shops suspected of selling illegal tobacco products. Selling counterfeit or unregulated tobacco is a criminal offence and is often linked to wider organised crime, harming local businesses and undermining community safety. This activity supports our ongoing commitment to tackling serious and organised crime in line with national policing priorities. 2️⃣ How we want the public to feel:
We want our community to feel reassured that we are actively addressing concerns around illegal trading and protecting legitimate businesses. By working in partnership with Trading Standards, we are taking a proactive approach to keep Ludlow a safe and fair place for everyone. 3️⃣ What we want the public to do:
